My heart goes out to everyone in Japan at the moment. I hope if you have any friend or family over there right now, that they're safe. I finally got through to my family over there at the moment, and thank goodness they were okay. I'm completely glued to the news right now watching the devastation, and can't even comprehend what the people in north Japan are going through.
